    It's hit or miss. Sometimes it's great and other times it's so-so and we almost always pick up or pizza so this review is based on the pizza only. Toppings tend to be light and well-done seems to mean just barely cooked. And soggy pan pizza is not yummy. I always order extra sauce on the pizzas and the pepperoni & cheese pan pizza is always saucy but the veggie pizza never is. It's about the details which are rarely adhered to, but it's typically okay & better than a hot n' nasty. Definitely seems like they need help in the overall management department too. If they get busy be prepared to wait. And my last complaint is about the app (which is how I always order). I'm not sure if they are tracked by management, but the "tracker" often tells me that my pizza is ready when it's not. Still better service than Passport. I guess that's why they went ort out of business in LO.
