DiBella's Subs

First time trying DiBella's. Friend of mine is always saying they're good but I don't live near any. Probably the best sub I've ever tried. Very fresh. Very clean.

I have like DiBella's in the past. This time we were not as happy. The sub was lacking in the amount of meat that was on it. Probably will not go back again. Restaurant was clean, staff was friendly.

My visit on 6.17.2019. The food is delicious, the guys making the sandwiches were very friendly and professional. The female at the cashier counter was a bit concerning, she appeared to be afraid to put my change in my hand, when she gave the change to me she tried to avoid touching me and my loose change fell on the floor. It's a bit disheartening in today's day in age that people still hold on to fear and biases of people of color. I just ignored it and left the money on the floor after she started looking for the change. After all the floor and the money are 20x dirtier then my hands are.

I ordered my sandwich on 6/5/2019 and paid for it at 7:27pm. Place was really dead at this time, 3 other people all came while I waited. 30 mins later, and still no sandwich.

I know they bring it out to you, but when I went to ask they didn’t even start making it yet.

Was offered 2 free small sandwiches as I was typing this review. Changed it from being a 1 Star review to a 3 star instead.

Still not happy, but at least the person on grill addressed me. The guy sweeping who took my order literally walked pasted me 4 times and never said a word

Love the subs here. The small and medium sizes are good, and the large is more than enough for two meals if you decide to take half home. I’ve had the Old Fashioned and The Godfather and both are great. The service here is good as well, restaurant is clean and the restrooms are nice inside. The atmosphere feels very much like an old fashioned NYC sub shop.
