Jersey Mike's Subs

I am a regular at jersey mikes and was very disappointed when i order a pick up and i get back to work to eat it and it is chicken and cheese on bread. I called the sore and the general manager insisted on her hand delivering me a freshly made sub to my liking alone with a few coupons. I was very disappointed at first, but she deserves a 5 star review. That is exactly how a business should operate. Thank you the the general manager.

AMAZING LOCATION!!! Night & day difference from the Auburn Hills location. The GM & employees are friendly, respectful & take pride in their work. This location offers military discount whereas the other location not only does not, but gets upset when you ask. This will be our new go to Jersey Mike's from now on!!

Think subway but 1000 times better tasting and 1000 times healthier. Best subs in town! Returning customer for sure. Highly recommend

I typically visit the Lake Orion location because it is closer to where I live. I was in the area with my parents and after raving about how much I love Jersey Mike’s they wanted to try it. We went to this location. The subs were great as always but one staff member in particular was incredibly rude. She was condescending, flippant, and demeaning. She went as far as scolding us on how the subs were made, she snipped at her coworkers, and she made us feel like we were wasting her time. She almost acted as if she wanted to argue with us. I understand it’s a sandwich shop and everyone has bad days but this woman was beyond bad customer service. My parents won’t be back to this location because of the poor service and they live 2 miles away! I will definitely not be back either.

I had never had Jersey Mike's before. The staff was so friendly and helpful. They let me taste a slice of the meat before I decided which sandwich I wanted. And they had my favorite bread: rosemary parmesan. The amount of toppings they put on was perfect. And everything was so fresh! Great taste! My new favorite sub place.
