Panera Bread

I enjoy having coffee meetings with people at Panera. This particular location is very central for me to the downtown Rochester area. I would have rated five stars however I can't seem to get the kiosk for self ordering to work in a way that makes sense to me. But when human being torture it was fine. I think I'll try the app next time.

Always 5 star! Great choices, freshly prepared food. Love their soups! Service staff always hustling, good clean restaurant.

Don't ever get rid of the broccoli cheese soup. Now options for the bread bowl would be nice. And I wish there were normal sandwiches. Not a single one on that board looks appetizing. I don't want to have to add or subtract things to make it to my taste.

The fresh bread and bagels are out of this world. I have always enjoyed their soup in a sourdough bowl. They keep coming up with new food items on the menu which is a nice change of us. The tomato soup is also a delight. The tuesday deal with the bagels is a great buy if you are planning on buying a treat for your workers or guests in the morning.

Nice people. Decent food but tiny portions. When I asked how big something was, the cashier held out her hands ...and the portion was less than a quarter of that. If they fix their portion/price ratio, they'll be much better.
