Penn Station East Coast Subs

First time going to a Penn Station. I like it, I am going to go here more. I loved their fries.

Uniquely delicious bread. Great fries. But a real jerk behind the counter yesterday. He was super friendly with his coworkers and the the lady behind me though. I'll stear clear of him next time.

I've been here a couple of times since they shut down the Subway downtown. The prices are all right in the meat and cheese are fresh. It's a small place. However, the several times I've been there, it's always very young people working who are extremely rude. When I didn't know my entire order immediately upon walking in the door since it was my first time there, the cashier looked at another employee and said that I was taking too long and that she was going to do something else and if it was okay with him to help "that customer" when I finally decided. I've only been there less than 1 minute. The place was even crowded. In fact, I was the only customer. every time I've been there, they are extremely rude towards people. Maybe it's just because it's their first job for everybody there and they've all grown up having absolutely no training in customer service, and the business doesn't seem to have any care to teach them that they shouldn't be jerks to everybody who walks in

Great subs! Fresh bread really makes it outstanding. I tried the Reuben, delicious. The Philly, good - didn't care for the pizza sauce on it. The Club, good. Fries and lemonade, on point.

This is the best sub shop in my opinion, and the Rochester location is very consistent! Fresh hot bread and grilled meat makes for the start of something great! I try not to eat them but their fries are very good as well.
