This place rocks!! Any of their outlets are wonderful... Check out Tuesdays "Buy 3 get one free" deal personal faves?? Four Berry, Key Lime, Pumpkin and French Silk, but it's VERY hard to go wrong... Chicken Pot Pies are good too... ( haven't had the Lobster...)

Honestly I like the pie... The only reason for the two stars. A huge BUT, I placed a prepaid order online for TWO pies. I didn't make it in to get them... I take responsibility for that... Life happens. But I went in to ask if they'd provide at least a store credit, even partial. I wasn't even asking for a refund. One girl asked another and she said they don't keep records of who had and hasn't picked up their orders. LIES!! I've placed online orders before and picked them up and they have a list of names and they cross your name off at pick up. On to of that, you know fully well if your have uncollected pies at the end of the day!!! Again I accept my fault in the matter but to take and keep someone's money for product not received, and not even offer as much as a store credit is unacceptable!! They've lost this, once good, customer!

Update: The owner contacted me and made amends. I was told the employees are trained to offer exceptional customer service. I can’t speak for them but in the end I did receive very good customer service from the owner.

It never fails, this place smells like baked sugar every time I walk in the door. It is thoroughly enjoyable to visit Achatz. The service is prompt, and courteous. The pastry is always flaky with a good fruit ratio. I definitely recommend this place.
