    Great service and food! But...it did take a lot longer than I expected to get my food.

    The service is very fast, customer service is out of this world excellent, the food is always hot. The place has old look to it but very cool.

    Good, classic American fast food fare. I feel bad that A&W isn't as popular as some other, lesser restaurants -- and that this particular location doesn't ever seem to be very busy. That it's in a mall, not in the food court, and right next to the rotting corpse of an empty Sears store probably isn't helping their bottom line -- but the food is good, the service is good, and it isn't crowded. You should eat here.

    Kind of expensive for "fast food" which is becoming the norm for all places. Was not quite $21 for just 2 people. Staff was nice & food was correct which are big points that are excellent things that NEED to always be correct which they seem to consistently be at this location.
