Buddy's Pizza

Was told half hour for pick up but turned out to be just a bit longer. It was worth it though. They have the best pizza and management really cares. Very glad they opened in Troy. Great location. Sauce is the best and we always order extra on the side for those who, like me, prefer it extra saucy! Everything is delicious here and we will be back soon.

The salad and pizza we enjoyed from Troy's new Buddy's was delicious. We could have given 5 stars if there had been more pepperoni. Unfortunately the pepperoni was very scarce. Will try one more time!

I was looking forward to having a buddy's in Troy. I was very disappointed in the service and the pizza. I placed an order at 4:58pm on 11/25/2020 The girl on the phone said it will be 30 minutes and she did not give me a order # which I needed for p/u . She also did not tell me the final cost.
The weather was very rainy and It took a little longer to get there to pick up my order. I arrived at 5:40pm. They had a person outside telling you where to park and someone would bring the pizza to my car. After waiting 30 minutes I called to see why it was taking so long and I was told it will be right out. When the person came out it was 6:10pm
I decided to check to see if it was still hot. Unfortunately it was not, the salad was warmer than the pizza. Nothing worse than eating a cold pizza!!! I paid $30 for a large pizza and an individual antipasto salad.
Not the experience I was hoping for.

I was contacted by Tim at the Troy location, after a few questions that he asked he apologized and did make it right with me. I do love Buddy's pizza and will give them another chance. Thank you Tim!
I did change the review to a 5 star because I feel like they do care and said they always want to improve anytime they see a problem.

Wow! Food was 5 stars and service was better than what you would get at some 5 star restaurants.

Every single waiter and waitress was warm-hearted and welcoming (we could hear them waiting tables next to us). Zack waited us, and his service was nothing short of great. He spoke to us very kindly and patiently, brought us our drinks and food promptly, and checked up on us more than a few times. The bread sticks and mozzarella sticks were super delicious. And the pizza was one of the best (if not the best) I have had in Michigan. The ambiance was just amazing as well.

Definitely returning back soon!

Buddy's Pizza Troy - Welcome to the neighborhood ? we have carry-out and was excellent. Staff and service great and hope they keep the same spirit. We have ordered buffalo's chicken pizza and veggie flavor. Family liked it and will visit again ?
