So good! Also I loved how they were taking orders while your in line so by the time you come up to pay, your food is ready! I loved it. As crowded as it was I was out in a jiffy. ????????????????????

The chicken was tender, but there wasn't enough sauce to overcome or even compete with the bread. It appears that the bread, and the chicken hinder each other. The chicken alone is tasty but I think the bread prevents me from fully enjoying the chicken. It was the chicken sandwich with the bbq sauce, bacon, lettuce, tomato, cheese. I would like to see more sauce on the sandwich, or the bread to take more of a backseat to the chicken, not sure how you're going to make that happen but you'll figure it out.

The waffle fries have pleasant texture, crisp outside while soft in the middle, not a HUGE potato flavor but a different french fry from the ordinary, boring French Fry.

The location is mediocre.

I love this place. The line was huge but the workers are super fast and they take your order in line so it is really efficient. Great food!

This was my first visit at one of these franchises and it was great. They executed serving customers well and I really enjoyed the food. I'm making plans on bringing my mom soon.

The food was great, as usual, the consistency is there!
The staff was far from the normal warm and friendly staff I am familiar with at most locations I have eaten, that is also understandable because the people in Michigan are usually not much like most people in other states I have lived. It was different being "axed" questions at a restaurant I love the warm friendly smiles and typically above average ability to speak well.
