Ordered the 'Jang', which was a 3-person meal combination. It had prime ribs, beef brisket, pork belly, and spicy BBQ pork. It came with Steamed egg, kimchi, fish cake, rice, and a few more sides. It was a ton of food and it tasted amazing. We had a person cook our food because we were too lazy but I am sure that if we asked, he would have let us cook. Amazing food and great cooking for sure. It wasn't that costly for the amount of food we got (26 each w/o tip). Amazing food and service.
I found a piece of brown paper (or cardboard type of material) mixed into the sauce with my food, which was a little disturbing. I've always thought that they had decent tasting food and their staff members were pretty nice, but this put me off. I'm not sure if I want to eat here again.
First time having Korean BBQ, and it was a lot of fun! The wait staff was kind and attentive. They cooked all our meats for us which was helpful as a first timer. Everything tasted great and was such a fun, new experience!
The food selection is good but please know that they have selected service here. We have been here numerous time and left our favorite Korean restaurant to come here. We will not be coming back here. Service last time was so bad. My family and I give this business another chance. The food is good but the service is not the best. The table next to us was looked after and their waters were refilled. Age probably played a part. We look younger and the table next to us is older. I grilled most of our meats and we spent over $150. Our water was not refilled. They were not busy. But they need more people on the floor. For the guy, that came to ask for more tip. Hire more people, pay your staff more, and charge gratuity. Know we tip more $15 dollars. We had to ask them for a box and our bill. Don't be in business if you like to do selected service. It doesn't work like that. I should also mention that we were literally next to the waitress/waiter service station. I worked in restaurants before. I do not need to tell anyone to do their job.
Epic Fail ???? in cooking our own meats, BUT it was fun! ???????? For a family of 7, our meat-centric meal with plenty of brown bag, and unlimited side dishes was $140 + tip.
$99 BBQ COMBO for 4 is plentiful and just right for 7. Sis wanted to get Hot Pot. Yes, we ordered too much. ????
SIDE DISHES (Banchan) are refilled upon request. Traditional Korean side dishes. My first BROCCOLI with TOFU side dish.
Elevated RICE as it has beans! Most venues simply serve plain white rice.
Just noticed ???? that there are 2 types of grill being used. Charcoal is added for a smokey flavor to grilled meats. ????????
