Maggiano's Little Italy

Authentic Italian Place with seasoned meat not food that seasons the sauce! U can get a meal for 2 for $45 which is good except the dessert that u get really is just enough for one! U get 2 entrees (1 to eat now and 1 to go home) so you can't say that your hungry here. It is an informal place to dine but do not come there dressed sloppy or too comfortable because you will look at of place with the table arrangements and decor! They will ask you and the members in your party if you have any allergies! Which puts a personal touch of class!

This is a great Chicago style Italian restaurant for family dinners and it in fact offers family sharing plates. Portions are so generous, if you purchase a pasta entree you can take a second one home with you for future dining. This place also prides itself on making its pasta fresh every day and it is telling. Apparently the cocktails are great as well. My family in particular truly enjoyed the frozen Bellini that a few ordered it twice.

Had dinner with my parents there last night (8/11/19) and had a wonderful experience. We only had to wait a few moments before we were sat and our waiter (Craig) showed up at our table right away. He gave us a brief history of the restaurant (it was our first visit there) and then took drink orders. He quickly got our drinks and took our appetizer order and gave us a few more minutes to look over the menu. He then came back to take our order and to let us know our appetizer would be right out, which is was. Craig stopped by the table to make sure everything was good and told us he would bring us more drinks as the food was coming out and asked if we needed more bread. A few moments later a manager (Linda) stopped by our table to inform us that as our food was about to be brought out she didn't like the way my moms food looked (kinda burnt) and was having the cooking staff remake it. Shortly after she left, Craig came by again to make sure we knew about the food. And brought the second round of drinks. Then a server and the manager brought our food to us and made sure we were happy with how everything looked. A couple bites in Craig did a quick stop by to make sure we were still happy and to drop off our take home meals. And all the food was very good. All in all, it was a great experience. The manager even stopped by our table just before we were leaving to make sure we were satisfied with everything. This place is very well ran. Watching all the workers was like watching a finely oiled machine. Everyone knew what to do and everyone had a smile and a "welcome" or "thank you". I will be back for sure and will recommend this place to anyone looking for a nice night out and good meal.

Delicious food. Awesome menu. Great atmosphere. I can't remember the proper title on the menu, but they offer a "meal for today and one for tomorrow". For approx $43, my husband and I received an appetizer, bread, individual salads and entrees, along with a desserrt to share. This price also included two entrees of our choosing to take home for the next day. Maggiano's is a little ways from our home, but well worth the drive!!

Wonderful menu. Fantastic flavors. Star treatment. Had a little issue with one of our party's entree, which was a true anomaly. The managers handling of the situation was nothing short of five gold stars. We have been to Maggiano's several times and this minor issue was handled with such care, professionalism, respect, and the utmost of customer service, we were overjoyed. Our party was tremendously impressed and felt valued and respected as first-class patrons. Bravo to a stellar wait and managerial staff. Absolutely top-notch!
