Pita Way - Troy Mediterranean

The restaurant was cleaned and organized. Ryan helped me with my order and the service was truly amazing. I love this place.

UPDATE: We tried an online order again. The order was ready when we arrived and the food was hot. The manager (?) noticed my earlier review and apologized for disappointing us during our prior visit. Service was exceptional this time. Updating to 5 stars; everyone is entitled to an off day.
Food: A, service: C. This is the third time that we have ordered from Pita Way. The first time was wonderful. The second time was slightly less; the order was correct and food was good but arrived cold and some of the chicken had that rubbery texture. This time, I ordered online, a half hour before we would be there. The order was expected to be ready at 6:25.We arrived at 6:30. I called for curbside pickup and was told it would just be a minute. Twenty minutes later, after watching others walk in, order, and get served immediately, our order was ready. Still, when we got it home, 5 minutes away, it was cold. How does that happen?

My new favorite casual dining spot in Troy! I have picked up food five times since they opened right before the pandemic began. I love everything I have tried. Everything seems very fresh and homemade. 50/50 mix of Hummus and the tahini is the way to go. I put it on everything they make. The family platter feeds Me, my wife, and our three kids with leftovers. It is the best value in the area hands down at. The staff is great. A long time employee, Conrad, has come in to help train new guys and get this location off the ground. His customer service is top notch.

If the amazing food doesn't make you want to come back Conrad's hospitality will. The guy clearly genuinely cares about the place and is more than willing to go above and beyond today's standard for customer service . Try this place and you will not be disappointed!

Also, they have the good fries every restaurant should have....
