This fast casual restaurant has a selection of suggestion menu items both full salad and half grain half leaf bowls as well as a customizable option. The big salad used to have three leaf options, while sweet green has Kale, Romaine, Spinach, and Arugula. There is a wide variety of toppings, more than just raw cuts of various veggies. There are mushroom mixes, spiced broccoli, and other novel options. Many salad places have fun dressing choices and sweet green doesn't disappoint here either. I was very happy with my meal.

I arrived today at 8:55 pm to pick up my carry out order that was ready at 8:48 pm BEFORE store closing at 9:00 pm. Doors were locked, staff was unavailable, and the pick up shelves were empty. While a refund was processed for the amount paid by sweetgreen corporate AI customer service, the inability to pick up my order during posted open hours was also a waste of my time. On top of this, the pick up order that I placed yesterday was missing 3 items! Although I truly enjoy sweetgreen's food, these last two experiences have left me doubtful that I will continue my sweetpass next month. It's not worth the wasted gas, time, and energy.

Addendum/Update: I have updated my review based on the responsiveness of Sweet Green to my issue. I received a direct call from the Sweet Green Troy manager Marchelle to apologize for the incident. She assured me that the store would remain open until the posted closing time in the future and offered a free meal (in addition to the refund I received) for my time and gas. I did receive the free meal and, as stated above in my original posting, the food tasted great! The follow up was very appreciated.

Their food is good. Fresh greens and good cooked fish and chicken. They are seasoned light, which is good.
The dining hall is clean and bright.

This place is so lovely , the minute i walked in and was greeted by such a wonderful staff! Kayla was so kind & informative & made this experience exciting she helped me with the menu and how it worked to build your own salad! All the ingredients looked so fresh and the dressing ! Truly tried like 5 & I wanted them all, I have a dairy allergy and find it hard finding dressings & this place has a huge selection of homemade vegan dressings also! I highly recommend coming here!!!!

First time and the limited time dish was great. Staff was friendly and served us promptly. Love all the outlets for customers to us and windows for natural light. Love the recyclable containers and fork.
