Had my son’s second birthday party here last weekend. Their attentiveness to our needs was exceptional. Sabrina, our hostess, did everything from helping me with setting up our dessert table to clearing plates when people were done with their food. She asked me probably a dozen times if everything was to our liking and if I needed anything, always with a great attitude.
The rest of the staff was very friendly, and the place is clean, with a variety of games.
My only complaint, though I didn’t want to knock off a star, is that (as the other reviews mentioned) the games take a LOT of points. Those game cards go very quick, and unfortunately much quicker than a Chuck E. Cheese. They should adjust that.

Owners are very nice people. We've hosted several birthday parties here and the kids love it. Pizza quality is pretty good too. Much better than the big rat.

My kids had a blast.... I liked everything about the place... Kid friendly, clean, respectful, decent priced. The only complaint I have is the size and space of the arcade area. You couldnt move without bumping into someone...

Nice place for kids to run off some energy, we went for a birthday party and the staff was very helpful and polite. The party rooms are large, and the food was good. The kids LOVED the laser tag and the enormous jungle theme climbing structure, with lots of cool video games and traditional arcade games as well, this place was a huge hit.

Overall good place for kids play are and gaming console. Laser tag is great, food and service is good. The only thing is you might have to spend more money compared to Chuck e cheese or other, you get 40 token for $10, and minimum to play for a game is 6 token to max 21 or so for bowling, so it will go very quickly. Just be prepared to spend more.
