(July 2, 2019, 11:42 pm)Great concept... cutting the meats to order. Ingredients are fresh. But the taste is awfully plain. Is not that it tasted bad... is just not special. I make hero sandwiches that taste a bit better.

(March 18, 2019, 2:38 pm)Just a quick update from an earlier review I gave: I am happy to report that Jersey Mikes customer service is excellent and they addressed my concern with both an email and a follow up phone call to explain and apologize for my experience. It is appreciated and we will be back to the store soon to enjoy our favourite subs! PLEASE bring a franchise to Windsor, Ontario! Thank you!
