Walked in asked if they had vegan breads and the response I got was from the older lady preparing the breads was "No!" So I asked what's in your breads that's not vegan? She gets a little flustered with my question and listed flour, salt, yeast and water. So I say well what's not vegan in those ingredients and she responds with sorry sir we don't have vegan breads...I walked out and I googled it. They do serve vegan breads, white, wheat, multi grain and my sub was great thanks to the young guy packing my sub with delicious veggies. Missed his name but he was awesome. Knowledgeable, understanding and even apologized for his co-workers lack of information. Glasses, longer straight hair under a beanie, wish I got his name awesome customer service. But that older lady...how much business has this store lost do to her lack of product knowledge and the way she speaks to people that run a different lifestyle then her own. She wasn't happy I ask about vegan items. Actually I asked about plant based items and she had no clue. I'll def be back!!
