It is definitely the best choice in the area, though there aren't many. It's got a cute little gift shop for the porcupine mountains and fun photo ops outside. The staff are kind and the restrooms are clean.

The atmosphere is old, outdated, rickety... Like, the floors are all warped and it makes you feel like you're walking on a boat, but honestly, that's a lot of places in northern Wisconsin/Michigan upper peninsula, so I get it.

The food was good enough, nothing special but definitely not bad. We got burgers, pizza, and a brownie. It's definitely kid-friendly type food. The brownie was huge, so my whole family split it. It was pretty much like a huge square of box brownie, not amazing or anything but hits the spot.

Everything was fine. I'm not saying I wouldn't go again, I'm just saying it isn't something I can't wait to get back to on our next vacation.

A friendly tourist trap with good pizza and burgers and a gift shop attached. A great place to stop after hiking up and down the porcupine mountains.

Excellent service. Food tasted good and came out fast. Soda refills allowed. Highly recommend the hamburgers and pizzas. Portions are very generous and you will be more than satisfied! You can also find general store items and gifts in the other half of the establishment. There is a public beach with access to the lake across their parking lot.

Great pizza and burgers. Great atmosphere. Friendly staff. I enjoy the drive to the mountains and stop in each time I am up there. Bar is open for cold drinks along with a my delicious homemade pizza. Clean and comfy atmosphere. Gift shop is well stocked. Don’t forget the soft serve ice cream.🍦

Locally owned, amazing stop, make sure you don't pass by this place!! The atmosphere is so fun and the food is even better. Top notch burgers and pizza with a full bar, local craft beers and smiles from the staff. Make sure you get the Italian fries as an appetizer and I couldn't choose between the burger or pizza. I made my husband share so we could have them both and they were both great! The gift shop has great merchandise and the stuffed wildlife throughout the spaces are fun for all ages to look at!!
