Dunkin'

So I came back this morning and wayyyyy better this time ? my latte was made good.... and the sandwich was made with black beans so no meat and it was actually good ?.

The Dunkin’ staff is doing an amazing job even with how extremely busy they are! I have been several times since they opened and the customer service is wonderful and all my drinks and donuts were fresh and great tasting! Thank you Jenison Dunkin’! I am so happy we finally have a Dunkin’ in West Michigan again.

I've been here a handful of times now. I love Dunkin' and have since it became my regular coffee stop living in New York City. I was ecstatic to see that they got a location so close to me! So far, it's been an okay experience. However, this morning I ordered an Iced Caramel Latte and received an iced coffee with whip cream which was an unpleasant surprise for someone who likes sweetened coffee only...then the donut I got was stale. Out of the many donuts I've gotten from Dunkin' I was extremely surprised that it was hardened...as if they'd given me yesterday's donuts. I ended up dumping the coffee and trashing the donut. Of course I'll give them another chance because sometimes the coffee does come out wrong...but giving someone stale food...yikes!

WOW! I just went through the drive thru around 1:15-1:30 today and I had received the wrong coffee. I stopped one of the guys working there who was walking to his car just getting off work asking him if we could go inside yet cause I had received the wrong order. He said no but offered to go get my right order so I didn’t have to wait in line again, even though he was off the clock! He came back with my order and also some free donuts for the mishap. I tried to tip him but he wouldn’t accept it. I wish I got his name cause he deserves a raise and some recognition! Thank you so much for your generosity and going above and beyond for your customers!

My favorite place. The best iced caramel latte! Donuts were freshest ive had compared to other dunkins.
