Steak 'n Shake

Our first visit and it was awesome! Burger fries and shake, all very good. Nice ambiance too. We'll definitely be back!

Don't plan on a quick visit...

Steak and Shake is famous for good milkshakes, and those crazy little French fries that you can cover in ketchup and eat with a fork.

After about 10 minutes of sitting at the table, we were able to actually order those things...20 minutes later they were served to us. (It was another 10 minutes before the drinks arrived)

I felt bad for the two employees who genuinely seemed to be hustling to provide service, because they were clearly outnumbered by the majority of the staff that were definitely NOT interested in helping out.

All in all, the food was the quality you would expect, and I'm assuming that with a different crew/shift it would have been a much better visit. Still...I won't be going back to this location.

Great place. Some days I usually crave Steak and Shake and this place hits the spot. This day in particular the staff was short but the service was perfect. Felt bad how short staffed they were and understood our food might take longer, and truthfully it really didn't take longer to get it, especially the shakes. I appreciate it, and keep doing a good job. Thanks.

We had a great experience at this location! They do seem short staffed but our drive thru food was piping hot and fresh the best we have ever had! The guy working at the window was doing several positions it seemed. The Manager was even busting his tail to clean the dining room delivering food to tables. No stomach issues after the meal We will definitely return to this location!!!
