Love this place. The ladies that run it know how to make soul food. They have big portions, a cozy atmosphere, and some of the best soul food in Michigan.

This store and the owners are such wonderful people. This tiny restaurant is a blessing to the community. First and foremost, they make the most delicious, rich, flavorful, authentic southern cooking. You won't find this type of food offering for many miles, or states, around.

For my First time, I tried both fried chicken and the ribs. I got three sides, so I picked cornbread, collard greens, and baked beans. You get so much food with your order!! It's all made fresh from scratch daily right there on the spot. You will not be disappointed.

I see they now have a Daddio's 2 next door. A sit down restaurant space. I haven't been able to try there yet. I imagine it's the same authentic food with actual tables and chairs. Something that Daddio's doesn't offer, seating. So you'll be taking your order to go.

This place has the best food you will eat in holland. I ordered 4 sides and chicken to try the sides and EVERYTHING was AMAZING.

I cant stress enough how good the food is here. My wife had the catfish and is amazing also.

Passing through town and my family wanted takeout like McDonald’s or Taco Bell. I insisted on this and we were all blown away by it. There is a lot love cooked in these mostly southern style dishes. Fried chicken, rib tips and sides galore were all amazing - get as many sides as you can, they are slow cooked with so much goodness. Red beans and rice especially amazing.
