If you enjoy good beer, then Holland Brewpub is a solid choice whether by yourself or with a group. Ordered the NHB Hot Brown Sandwich with chips and the Dragon's Milk Reserve Oatmeal Cookie beer, perfect for a cold winter day. Attentive service with plenty of seating options at the bar, dining room, or patio.
This place is a little bit pricey, but it is outstanding. We ordered sweet potatoes with rosemary and goat cheese, which was FANTASTIC!!! The beers were of course delicious, and our entrées were excellent as well. The service was great, and it is a fun atmosphere. If you like microbreweries, you will greatly enjoy this place.
Our server Vanessa absolutely killed it tonight. Serving a group of just under 50 people, and bringing orders out quickly. Not to mention she was doing it all by her self. Props to the rest of the staff as well, the drinks and food were delicious. Highly recommended checking this place out if you haven't already.
Had a great time here. We sat outside, got drinks, ordered food, and then the rain came! We appreciated that they quickly got us a table inside and our food found us without issue. Unfortunately, our waiter inside completely ignored us. Not sure if this was because we cashed out outside and he felt we wouldn’t need anything or weren’t a potential tip. No clue. I had to actively flag him down to get water. Like, waiving and saying “excuse me” loudly one two occasions before he noticed me. He never asked if we wanted more drinks (which we did), and there was a leak in the ceiling we were never able to tell him about because he actively avoided us. He never even looked our way when walking by. It was crazy! The rest of the staff was great, as was the food, hence still giving them four stars. But, if I had to rate this place just on him, it would be a one star review.
My friends and I really enjoyed New Holland this past weekend. My group was coming into town from all over Michigan and we were about 15 minutes late for our tour. New Holland simply bumped us to the next tour time, which worked out perfectly. I really appreciated that.
While we waited, we grabbed some food and drinks. Everyone enjoyed their various orders. I had the pizza pinwheels which were excellent.
The tour itself was nice. I'd recommend it if you have the time. For $20 you get several samples along the tour, great tour guides, and a New Holland glass at the end. Well worth it!
