New tapas style restaurant located downtown Holland. The decor is modern. As you would expect in a tapas place, the portion sizes are small but some are reasonably priced, while others are a tad pricey. Not out of line with most places though. The background music is unnecessarily loud. There is a bar that you can wait at for your table. The space is a little cramped and you might find yourself sitting too close to other guests. The food is good but not great. The service was good but it would be good to train staff at the door to thank the guests as they leave.

Such a cool addition to downtown Holland! I've been twice in the past month and it was a fun experience each time. The small shareable plates make trying all kinds of different dishes easy. Everything is just so delicious, but the bacon wrapped dates are out of this world. I could have eaten about a million of those. Can't wait to go back!

It wasn't bad. The wine was good. Our waitress was very good. You always expect tapas to be expensive, but for the price you want it to be excellent.

Perhaps we'll have a better experience next time, but I paid more for this meal than any other meal I've had in Holland in over a year's time and I was disappointed. The chicken chorizo paella had almost no chorizo and very little chicken. The chicken was dry and flavorless. The rice had very little flavor. I couldn't taste the saffron at all.

I was really excited about a restaurant in Holland that isn't just more beer and burgers. Perhaps in time they'll really dial it in. I hope so.
