    They are not very consistent. Sometimes the staff are all very friendly, the orders go quick, and the place is clean. But sometimes it isn't. Last time I was there they forgot the meat on my crunch wrap supreme (Drive-through). By the time I realized it was without meat, I was about 15 minutes away and in a rush to go somewhere. I called to complain, and they said I needed to bring the old crunchwrap in to prove that it didn't have meat. I had already finished it because I was very hungry and wouldn't get a chance to have more food for another hour. I understand the policy, but from now on, I'll opt for another Taco Bell in Holland.
