The Farmhouse

My family of 4 went for breakfast and wow. Never been before so we had to try it. We were seated right away. Server was friendly. Took our order and 10-15 min our food was out. They have some dam good cooks there. But anyway. The food was hot fresh. And it looked like the cooks took pride in there food. Something you dont see to often. Every came out as requested. Asked for one refill but then she kept a eye on it. Would definitely recommend if your looking for a non chain breakfast place.

Delicious simple breakfast fare. Friendly service. They were really busy when we got there, but the wait wasnt very long. Will likely be back.

Classic American food and sides. Menu is similar to a Bob Evans or Russ but it's more home cooked style. Breakfast portions are large and lunch and dinner have a ton of options. It is decorated in farm house style with small booths and tables. Can accommodate larger groups but it may take a few minutes to be seated. I go for breakfast here about once a month and I have never been disappointed.

The Farmhouse is a great place to grab a home style meal. I was there for breakfast and loved it.

I had their namesake "omelette" which is omelette ingredients with hash browns wrapped around it. Loved it! I have to say the cinnamon swirl bread was absolutely the best bread I've ever had from a restaurant. The chocolate chip pancakes are loaded with chips. And the chicken and waffles were glorious.

A couple things I would love to see improve: the coffee. It's ok, but doesn't hold up to the quality of the food. And the bacon is thick but lacks a smoke or maple or pepper flavor.

I can't wait to come back and try the lunch or dinner options.
