    We were greeted by a very nice host Devon. Our waiter Chris was polite and attentive. Food and drinks were good as always

    What can I say, it's an Applebee's. We had great service and even with a crowd they got us in fast, so most of these stars are for the staff. I ordered the rigatoni and it was alright, if a bit dry but oh well. The drink specials are always good.

    Our server was Julie and she's always great. My husband had the 'all-you-can-eat' menu. His riblets were over cooked and slightly cold, but still good. I had the chicken fajitas. Man!...If you want a whole onion and the equivalent of a whole sweet pepper, this is your dish! Way too much for me! A little more meat and rice would be nice but the flavor was okay. Food was slow coming and restaurant was not overly busy.

    Food came out quick despite the restaurant being pretty busy that day. Had 11 in our party and they managed to push together some tables and find a spot for us in less then 5 minutes. The staff and management were very friendly and accommodating.

    Kerri was was absolutely 100% fantastic!!! She was very sweet and kind, making sure that we were taken care of. She asked us how we were spending the 4th of July weekend and how we were doing with our jobs. Definitely an example of how customer service should be done!!
