Wendy's

Very fun and exciting but the employees don't seem like they want to work there

They need high chairs with wheels. I took a 1 yr.old and a 4 yr.old. Wanted to put the younger one in a high chair but no wheels and a newer floor I didn't want to scuff. They were nice enough to bring us our food but forgot my salad dressing. So had to unstrap the baby and carry her up to the counter. It was a pain in the butt.
I also noticed they had a young man with some mental handicaps working the lobby. He was very nice and helpful, but the younger staff treated him poorly.

Typical Wendy’s. Service is slower than other fast food chains. Food was fine, nothing went wrong. At all Wendy’s, they don’t always have the all the salads available.

Good stop here at Wendy's this evening. Got 2 $5 biggie bags and a kids meal. Store looked good bathrooms looked good. What keeps you from that 5th star was no paper towels in the guys restroom. Though the blower worked fine enough. Keep doing what you are doing. Considering the weather today (severe thunderstorms) was great you considered you customers and had it on weather channel or news network. Actually now that i am writing this i think that gets you back the 5th star. Great job. Keep it up.

Busy place, new people, not trained really well, I am gluten free so order grilled chicken no bun, and well they did it, but much discussion. And senior drinks should be any and all drinks, with as much as I spend a natural lemonade should be fine free and count as senior drink. I only go to Wendy's, McD and Bk, make me sick. I am a loyal customer.
