Where do you find the napkins?? Shouldn't have to ask for them, but the lady was nice and brought us extra. Food was delicious, freshly made and came exactly as ordered to our table. The kiosk to order is easy to use, and has an employee bring you your food. We were able to get out drinks using the self serve. Play place for the kids had a large area of tables and it was clean and maintained. High seats and lower seats available, tables, booths...plenty of seating choices. No Powerade, but this location has Vernors.

Mcdonald's you make multi-billion profit a day you can pay to have more employees at your locations. Children play in your play-place you should clean them multiple times a day. My daughter had apple slices and had a sticky hand. I chaced her to clean it before I did she touch a play-place step. I wiped her hand and the spot she touched so it was not sticky. When I wiped the spot just quick the wipe was black. Also on the step was hair, crumbs, and dirt. Also inside junk was hanging from the cieling. Your business makes billions a day you could pay employees to monitor that play-place and the whole area open till close. That would be their only job. 2-3 shifts covering all hours open. Businesses really should higher me to be a consultant to find out what consumers want. They would make more money.
