    The staff at the Saginaw Bay Rd. Arby's always provide prompt, courteous, professional and friendly service. I especially appreciate Jake, who is consistently welcoming --even remembering and calling me by name whenever I eat there with my wife. He makes us want to do business with Arby's ....and we do.

    As a southern boy in yankeeland, I knew not what to expect. Very friendly and courteous. Order filled quickly and correctly. A clean, well run store.

    Ordered the new brisket bacon beef and cheddar sandwich through drive trough. Unfortunately when I got my sandwich they forgot to add the bacon, the brisket, and the cheddar! But hey 1 out of four! To their credit I took it in and showed them and they made me a new sandwich.
