We chose From Scratch Catering because it was on a preferred vendor list. It was a great recommendation. Many guests went out of their way to compliment the food quality and service! Jeff was easy to communicate with and took great care of us.

We hired From Scratch to cater for our rural outdoor wedding. We lived 8 hours from our caterer and wedding venue but reading the reviews and seeing the pictures, I knew they would not disappoint. Our parents did the taste testing and confirmed that the food was delicious. Jeff contacted us several times to confirm the details of our menu and was always very patient and accommodating. They arrived on time and had very friendly staff. Everyone at our wedding said how great the food was. I felt it was the best meal Ive had at a wedding, ever! Would absolutely recommend this company for any catered event!

From Scratch Catering is one of my three preferred caterers that cater within my banquet facility. They service about 95% of my weddings and are nothing less than fabulous. Jeff is a third generation caterer that is wonderful to work with, he makes the planning process fun and exciting for all of my bride and grooms. He bases his business on being “customizable” which allows my clients to have a unique experience based on their vision. From Scratch Catering also has a very professional staff that is on top of their service. I truly enjoy working with their Operations Manager Ryan and their two kitchen managers Jordan and Cailin. They contribute to the success of the overall operation and are very talented. Overall, I highly recommend this caterer for any type of function, whether it’s a wedding, corporate event or fundraiser. They will deliver a memorable experience for all.
