    Many of you probably don't know that the burgers are Square because Wendy's does not cut any corners. Love a good Wendy's burger. Never frozen beef!

    The last two or three times I have gone to the Wendy's on State Street I have gotten terrible service. It seems like they are not happy to be there. Because of this I decided to go to the Bay Road location today. The gentleman on the speaker Lawrence was very pleasant, did not rush me, and greeted me with a big smile and hello when I came to the window. Thank you sir for your wonderful service. The food was super fresh too.

    Large clean parking lot. Restroom was clean and stocked. Order was taken quickly and was correct. Beverage area was clean and stocked. Large sitting area with plenty of tables. Food was hot and tasted good. Staff was friendly and helpful. Staff was out keeping the trash dumped and trays picked up. Went there with our grandson, he enjoyed himself.

    I like Wendy's hamburgers and he got a real good deal on small Frosty's also which are yummy they have great chili dining room seems to be clean all the time. For fast food it's a four-star.

    4x in a row : ordered apple pecan salad or harvest apple with walnuts .... they never had the packets of correct nuts...didn't inform you at order time...long wait 3x.... had to return to get the other nuts....MANAGEMENT FAULT OBVIOUSLY,,,,the Wendy's in Shields is much better organized.
    Will Google delete my review as usual ?
