The cook is a cool person to talk to, not only that he will make sure the food is good enough to eat. Other staff are great as well. It is also fun to have a chat with, but I don't know the owner that well, but she does make sure everything is running smoothly.”

“We were promptly greeted with great enthusiasm and a warm welcome by a few members of the staff. The hostess asked for our input on our preferred table. Then the soft, house-made bread arrived, braided and served with a slightly sweet butter with a hint of mint. The burger was cooked exactly to order. Mint is a great lunch spot for everyone and professionals, since it is directly across the street from the courthouse.”

“Love this place!! The sandwiches are so delicious! What makes these sandwiches so yummy is the homemade toasted ciabatta bread. I've tried 3 of their sandwiches, my favorite being the Bahama Mama. I love that sweet cream cheese and yummy jelly. The picture shown is the Cuban. The pork on this sandwich was my favorite, it paired so well with the pickles and mustard! I also got a cinnamon toast crunch Milkshake! The BEST cinnamon Milkshake I've ever had. The cereal did get soggy by the end of it, but that sweet, caramel cinnamon goodness made it all worth it. A must-try if you love cinnamon and cereal. Overall, you must go and try something! I will say the prices are a bit on the expensive side. It cost me a little over $17 for a sandwich and a small Milkshake. The sandwiches could easily be split between 2 because they stuff them so full! A great place to go when you need a homemade breakfast, lunch, or sweet tooth craving satisfied!”

“We recently tried this take-out pizzeria. The pizza was delicious! We had one Hearty 4 Meat Treat, one with pepperoni, sausage, mushroom and peppers, and the garlic twists with red sauce. The meal was fantastic! The red sauce is so good, he must prepare it from scratch. The garlic bread twists were perfect! From ordering in person to picking up my food, the experience with Fiery Igloo was excellent! The 30-minute drive home was filled with the aroma of garlic and spices....I couldn't wait to dig in! I had never been here, but had heard good things, so I wanted to try it! Highly recommend this place! I'm grateful to have this option for take-out pizza. The young man who took my order was pleasant and friendly. The young lady making the pizzas was smiley and hard at work. Thank you, Fiery Igloo! We will definitely be back!”

“Very nice place. All meals are in kind donations. Ordered a cheese burger and fries. The food was excellent!! Limited menu but they also have daily specials. This is a Christian based restaurant that offers a safe place for people to eat. Staff volunteer to work. I was told that they are currently working on a special area for teens to meet. The restaurant is very nice and very clean. Like nothing I have ever encountered before! I donated 30.00 for my meal. Wished I could have afforded more!”

“This diner is in the old Big Boy building. I'll start out by saying we don't expect perfection & not nit picky but do expect decency. Overall -Its just ok. Went there for dinner. We been there a few times and it's nothing special but the servers are really pleasant. Food is usually decent Food: -ordered Steakhouse burger 🍔 w/onion rings (those are pictured), chicken sandwhich w/fries, & the Big Fella burger w/cheese sticks. We also added salad bar to the meal. And I forgot to snap a photo of our food, ugh.🤦🏼♀️ **All the food was over done. Like OVER done. Chicken was very dry, would not order again & would not recommend. **Steakhouse burger -mushrooms tasted weird, there was a nickel amount of BBQ sauce on it and just not that good. Edible but not good. **Big Fella -more like little fella. It was the best of the 3 sandwiches. I'd say it was good just over cooked. **Fries were not good. Not cispy at all. **Onion rings -those were good actually. That was the best part of this dinner. **Cheese sticks -not bad but not great. Just your normal store bought cheese sticks. They are the thinner ones not the big billowy kind. **Salad Bar -there was enough lettuce for 1 salad 🥗 and they never refilled it the whole time we were there. The mushrooms on the bar looked as bad as they tasted on my burger. **Soups did not look great either but we didn't try them based on how they looked. So can't comment on taste there. Bathroom 🚻 -I went into the women's bathroom and I was afraid to touch anything. The handicap stall toliet was full of sh*t and the other stall looked like someone peed on the floor. Servers -any time we been here they have always been nice and prompt. Today was no different.”

“First time visiting. Looks newly remodeled. Pretty basic sports bar attached to a hotel. Service was not very attentive even though the place was slow. Beer was cold and had a reasonable selection. Specialty seems to be quesadillas (30 different kinds). $13 for a tortilla and some topping seems rather overpriced. Would likely not return.”

“Love everything thing about The view at Uri's Landing. Just as the name... the view is totally gorgeous. The owners is a very friendly, caring lady. She takes time out just to make sure your happy, with your whole experience eating in her restaurant. Food is the best, from the way they present it to the taste. They are there to please. I keep going back so it has to be good. Really I eat there quilt often. I promise you will not be disappointed. Lunch or dinner.”
