    Usually it’s pretty good but lately the wait has been absolutely horrible

    The staff is always polite and quick. The only thing preventing them from getting 5 stars is their order accuracy. Plenty of times I've had to go back and get my order corrected, BUT as long as you are polite and respectful, they are more than happy to help you out and fix your order for you.
