    There is a pathway here that goes right along the river! Beautiful water, lots of wildlife, and a great small town for lunch or dinner. Definitely a great place to stop for a minute and breath!

    Beautiful, any time of year.
    Well kept, never any trash or debris on the bike path.
    Wonderful place to eat lunch

    Sit down, have something to eat from Kate's if you'd like, and watch the freighters go by. Volunteers announce the big boats and give detailed description. Nice river walk too.

    We love this place! We also love the farmers market on Saturday's during the summer! Theyhave the coolest stuff to look at in the building and the cafe is great. Our kids love to go eat and look at the gorgeous water. Keep up the good work! Everyone is really friendly as well.

    A very nice place to visit. Up on the water. In the summer there is a french fry truck with lots of goodies. And the Vault Ice Cream truck with a nice selection of ice cream to choose from. Inside the Maritime Center is a nice restaurant, that has good food. There is also loads of information about the Great Lakes Freighters that go down the river.
