Smoke On the Water BBQ & Catering

It was Great! Nice and clean. Greeted coming in the door. Service was Great! Ordered a combo plate and it came with quite a bit of BBQ. There is BBQ chicken, BBQ pork, BBQ briskett and Ribs! Plus cornbread, I ordered onion rings but I hear the homemade chips are Good, and I ordered coleslaw which is absolutely delicious! It was the first thing I ate. Best of all is, it is so reasonably priced. They are located in The Kroger Plaza on 24th ave. ??

Date night saw Dawn & I travel to Port Huron for a bit of Smoke on The Water BBQ. A delightful Rock & Roll themed eatery off of Kraft Road that didn't let COVID stop their opening.
For tonight's fare I enjoyed the beef brisket while Dawn tackled the pulled pork. The coleslaw, meat & cornbread were a delight to the pallet though the fries could have been replaced by baked potato.
The prices were decent and the service exceptional. We will revisit this culinary gem tucked away near Michigan's Blue Water Bridge.

I got the combo platter with onion rings and slaw. The combo platter was huge; large portion of brisket, pulled pork, pulled chicken, and 1/4 ribs. The pulled pork and chicken was great, the brisket was good, and the ribs were slightly disappointing. The onion rings were really good and the slaw was really good. The only thing I could say about the ribs were that they were kinda bland and slightly over cooked. For me personally I like a good crust of spices cooked the ribs but I can also understand that they are cooked for the masses. The service was fantastic and I will be back to see what else they have to offer. I've heard the burgers are amazing.

I attended a party last night that was catered by Smoke on the water and it was AMAZING!!! The BBQ chicken and brisket was delicious and the homemade sauces were outstanding, the Korean was my favorite!!! They also had mac & cheese, coleslaw, mini buns for sliders and cornbread (all so good).. It was delivered and the set up was perfect. I would highly recommend ???
