St.Clair Inn

The St Clair Inn was seriously the perfect venue for our wedding this October. They went above and beyond to give us such a phenomenal experience and Jhara and her team were just incredible. From being super reasonable price-wise, to being open to all of our non-traditional wedding ideas, to just being an absolutely gorgeous place to get married, we cannot stop talking about how perfect of a venue this is. I loved that our guests were able to stay there without having to worry about travel at the end of the night, I loved the getting ready room that was provided, and they were just so kind and made everything so easy. I could literally go on for days. 1000000/10 would recommend!

Hands the most amazing place I've stayed at. Even though it's a challenge for people with mobility concern due to no elevators, not too many stairs to climb. The scenery was spectacular, and the service was top-notch. Highly recommended. Definitely will be returning.

Great historical place. Renovated recently. Rooms are small, consistent with when it was built, but very nicely done. Great food, bars are great, and awesome views. Attended a wedding last weekend, all the cabins we're in the wedding party, they're awesome too.

We attended a wedding at the St Clair Inn. What a great location for a destination wedding where everyone can stay together and have the rehearsal dinner and wedding on site. This lovely old Inn has many different sized rooms that can accomodate large or small dinners, etc., and most of them overlook the beautiful St Clair River. The Dive Bar is also open for non-wedding meals and has an amazing view. There are also several outdoor patios available. Our wedding took place on a grassy lawn facing the river, we moved to happy hour on an outside patio on the river, then into a large reception room that could seat several hundred people. The Inn is divided into the original, older section and a brand new wing. Our older rooms were smaller but lovely and well appointed, but no elevator to second floor. The new wing has larger rooms with patios or decks and an elevator. There were plenty of meeting rooms where the bridal party could get ready together, plus 3 large cottages on the grounds where a family or wedding party could stay together. There is also an outdoor pool. Across the street is a large strip mall that has several restaurants, a brew pub, a liquor store and shopping. They had live music at night. Next door is a large park, and you are walking distance to the Marina if you are traveling by boat. Just a very charming small town that was perfect for a wedding. They had coffee and pastries out on weekday mornings. The entire facility was very busy while we were there, and the staff handled it very well. There were meetings, rehearsal dinners and 2 weddings while we were there and everything appeared to go without a hitch.
