Great portion size and plenty of flavor. They are busy at lunch with takeout orders so be prepared to wait about 10 minutes if you plan on dining in.
This is a small town gem! Amazing food and great service. I highly recommend starting with the homemade chips and guacamole and not leaving without dessert. The churros are the best I’ve ever had. I’ve tried about five different entrees and I’m convinced there isn’t a bad choice.
The food is amazing. It is authentic and delicious, I don’t think that you could eat here and not leave happy. The prices are great, and the proportions are fantastic. Definitely becoming a town favorite.
The food is the best around! Haven't had something I didn't like yet. They keep it simple and don't try to go overboard with the menu. Quality over quantity. The staff are friendly and prices are very competitive. Take a few tamales home with you or you will regret it.
If you have yet to try Taqueria La Yatekita, It is the new Mexican restaurant in town you need to go soon !!

Food is so good!!!
The owner is extremely kind She cares very much if you enjoy her food, she puts in a lot of time as well as attention into making you a great meal.
We had ground beef tacos and steak tacos.
The corn shells were fresh and oh so good. They came with onions and fresh cilantro with a couple slices of lime.
The chips n salsa are very yummy. The chips were freshly made.
Husband bought tamales for lunch tomorrow, he had one and said they are well worth it.
Another customer that was there said to try the corn on the cob that it was fantastic!
The red sauce is spicy and the green is not so much.
But I guess it is whether you can handle spicy, which I can't. Husband said the red sauce is not that spicy but for him the hotter the better.
