    Fast and easy service! Had my food within 3 minutes of ordering. Talk about team work! ????

    Usually ppl are really nice but this was in South Haven and they accused us of bringing in a used cup for free coffee. We we're in playland when they changed shifts. That's not a good experience. But they have the best hamburgers, fries and drinks! I still love McDonald's. Still our favorite.

    Normally the service is decent here. Not today. Your employees need to lose their attitudes. It's not our fault that you guys can't get your stuff together and keep messing up.

    This is one of the best McDonald's I have ever patronized, and I can say that across the board on both afternoon and day shift. I almost hate to say that as I'm extremely big fan of Whopper Burger King food down the street and their employees are also very nice I wonder if both places are nicer because we're not in a higher urban area.. that comment is based on the frustration of more traffic on the roads and is not a racial nor ethnic comment..
