Good food, good portions, good service. Quaint atmosphere, interesting curiosities on the shelves to look at while waiting for food. Despite no music, it can be difficult to hear the waitstaff. Small venue, but broken up into several different area, including a covered "porch", for those who enjoy dining outside.

They do a good job. Being from the south it's very difficult to find any BBQ that's even close to comparable in the north. Food is good compared to most places in the north. Nice little place to take the whole family.

I really like the ambiance and the history of this restaurant. Had a drink out on the patio on Friday evening with friends. Management had hired a new singer. He performed mostly rock and roll and was a lot of fun. Like most live music, it can be a little too loud for easy conversation.

The catering here is absolutely 100. We were here over the weekend for a Memorial luncheon for a friend. The waitresses took good care of all of our food and beverage needs. The beef brisket and the pulled pork were oh-so-tender. The wings were crispy on the outside, yet tender and well seasoned on the inside. And the macaroni and cheese they serve here is, at once, creamy and stringy in texture (and that is perfect it in my opinion). All offerings were flavorful!

What a great place. As Paranormal Investigators we thought it would be cool to eat in there, but the wait was long, we went outside. Worked out great. They had someone si singing live, weather was nice we had a blast! Skeeters got bad at the end.

Food was real good, had brisket and burgers. Delivered pretty quick, and hot! Can't beat that.

Cost was reasonable we both had sides of mac n cheese, entrees and drinks, $42 not bad. We expected it to be worse. Definitely worth the trip!
