James good service. Cold beer, great price, good food

Did an excellent job on my daughter's birthday party! They kept the pizza fresh and hot the whole time.

Edit: The last 2 times I've eaten have been better. Once I ate in and the other time was a take out order. In general, I think the restaurant is pretty good. That said, when you have a repeat customer that had an issue, especially with food, you need to address it and compensate. Don't give them the opportunity to jump online and write a bad review. Just take care of the problem .

Original review: The food is usually really good but the last few times I've ordered, the burger has soaked the bun all of the way through and I'm left with a soggy mess. I tried to call to let them know and they were more or less indifferent. Didn't offer to compensate in any way which was fine at the time but now it's becoming time honored tradition to get lousy food from them. It's not exactly cheap either. 11 bucks for a burger and fries. I'm not sure if it's new staff, ingredients, or management but the quality is slipping, big time. I can get a terrible burger anywhere for a lot less. Chelsea doesn't have many reasonably priced restaurants so it looks like I'll have to travel in to Jackson or Ann Arbor for a decent burger from now on.
