    Food was excellent, they messed up and handed my food out to the wrong person but made me a new one at no cost, I had to wait another 20 minutes but it was worth the wait. The young man at the counter was very apologetic and friendly, if I didn't have my order misplaced in the wrong hands I would give Jets a 5. There's typically no wait here, they have excellent customer service skills, they're fast and friendly and the food is so yummy.

    Gave up on the mobile app and went to the store and ordered it at the counter. Fresh and hot, but too hot for eating. I bought a single slice and it was too hot and it was too easy to get burned by it. Friendly and polite staff.

    Great people, great food, awesome beer choices. We are at Jets at least once a week. This is the only Jets with a dining room, and they have a concert venue next door with great music. Did I say great beer selection? Over 30 drafts rotating.. Fantastic.
