BIG Best In Games

Went on a Tuesday night for the pizza buffet deal, you have to order from a kiosk which is nice because you can enjoy some games while you wait for a table and your food. The staff was very kind and accommodating but be patient because it can get really busy.
I would suggest that they have two big salad bowls out instead of one as well as more toppings and two ranches out because it’s more popular then the other dressing you had out. This place was HUGE but I had a two year old with me with 1-2 games he could really play, it geared more towards middle school and up. I even enjoyed myself and would come back for a date night with my husband.

Today, I took my crew of 5 for the first time to Big Best in Games, and when I told the manager, James Wright went above and beyond to make my day smooth like butter baby. Earlier I was misinformed or misunderstood some information about the gift card process, but before I could get it out of my mouth. Jason quickly solved the problem. He went above and beyond, providing excellent customer service. This place is quite pricey when you have five-ten-year-old boys who play for 4 hours and sit for a meal. I mean, like, $135 for meals and $400 for games pricey. I don't mind spending in places that provide excellent customer service. Jason, solely because of you, I will return sooner than later! By the way, the entire staff was friendly during my visit.

Great place to let the kids and adult have a great time. My son really enjoyed his birthday party. There is laser tag, bumper cars and pricey video games. Everyone enjoyed themselves and most importantly there is a bar.

Our group of 20 had a blast! We had a private room with food buffet and a dedicated waitress. We bought an hour of axe throwing and two go kart races per person. Food was good. Service was friendly. I cannot comment on the price as I did not organize the event. My only feedback is that I would like to see more old school arcade games (located on 3rd floor), maybe Street Fighter, cocktail table Pac-Man?

All but 1 floor is open. The workers have great attitudes, the arcade games are new, and operating 😃.
The establishment is clean, air conditioned, & has an elevator to navigate the open floors & strollers. The Go Carts 👀 AMAZING!! Well worth the money.
