This place was so beautiful on the inside, it was really open and inviting. The bar was packed, so we took a table just in time for happy hour. The service was excellent, sadly i don't remember our servers name but he took time explaining the beers they had and made good recommendations! I went with the Zeppelin IPA and it was really good- not too overpowering with the hops. For dinner, we had the burger and smoked wings. Burger was yummy, i wouldn't recommend the wings unless you like them crunchy and smoked. I would definitely return for the beer!

Great experience all around. The beer was great and the menu offered some really great dishes. The brussel sprouts were terrific and worth taking home; it’s a huge portion

My husband and I visited on Saturday afternoon while traveling in the area. The building is charming and cozy inside. They were still pretty busy with the brunch crowd but we were greeted with a smile when we walked in and seated with minutes. The menu is left uncomplicated by the selection of a handful or so of unique options in each category, not uncommon when food is being crafted. I had the porter that was creamy and rich, my husband had an IPA that screamed tangerine. Great for a hot day. We had the Mammoth sandwich and truffle fries. Both were wonderful! It’s not a diner, when you visit this and other places like it, don’t expect Denny’s (with respect, those places fill a need as well). This place is designed to be enjoyed. Food being built for you takes time. Our server was very sweet and one of the owners came over and talked with us after we ate. We enjoyed the family atmosphere, food, and of course the beer! Cheers!

Wasn't overly impressed with our first visit. Although, I will give it another try. Getting a table with a booster seat seemed like a major inconvenience for the hostess. When asked if we could sit outside, she stated it was full and that was fine. We then asked if we could move outside if something opened up out there, we were abrubtly told no, once we were at our table we had to stay there. The interaction rubbed us the wrong way. Our waitress was nice enough but didn't seem overly interested in making sure we were taken care of. Food was okay but nothing to write home about. The whole experience beginning to end was just 3 stars. Could have been worse but also could have been much much better. The bright spot was that beer was good.

Food is good, beer is decent but nothing memorable. The atmosphere is unique, like others mentioned it was converted from an old church. The stained glass makes for a unique decor but doesn’t lend to the darker atmosphere. Good for families, pricing is fair, and the dining area is a good size. Worth a stop if you’re in the Saline/Ann Arbor area.
