Although Wendy's keeps it's promise of using fresh beef, they can be doing better in drive through.
While others were leaving because it was taking too long for the employees to take orders, one man particularly was extremely dissatisfied with how long it took that he screamed and left.
Although it is understandable that it was Sunday and there wasn't a lot of employees, it wouldn't be a bad idea to train employees to make it go faster as my family experienced it multiple times on different occasions and that McDonald's right next to it is serving customers in drive through less than a few minutes.
It would be great if you guys take that into consideration.
UPDATE: They've been doing good in efficiency of the drive thru and taking orders recently. Not sure if it's the reviews, but they're doing good enough to earn their 4th star from me, but that could change depending on how efficient the drive thru is.
