I live around the area and never knew this place existed until I did a quick Google search of "the best brunch downriver". Parking is a little difficult since its street parking, walking up I was surprised at how clean the place looked. Outside they have a few tables and chairs, inside you seat yourself, they have a small open kitchen to the back. We went on a busy day and our waitress seemed a little over whelmed, but it's understandable. Our food took a bit of time, again they were very busy. I ordered the polish omelet with egg, sauerkraut, kielbasa, and cheese with a side of potatoes and toast. It was delicious. This place is like a modern Coneys Island I'll definitely be back.
the best breakfast spot in Allen park hands down and one of the best in all of downriver. Love these guys. This place is great. It’s two steps above the rest. Higher quality food, the menu is great, the cooks are great. They get busy but it’s for a reason.
The place was great, everything that our party of 10 ordered was awesome tasting and made to perfection. The staff was so pleasant and friendly, we enjoyed taking our time sitting outside hoping the weather cooperated [it did]. The only disappointment was to find out that it was a bit more pricey than I had expected. I hope to return, it was a wonderful experience overall.
This is a great local place for a quick breakfast. The corned beef hash and eggs plate was great and the yogurt parfait was even better. My coffee mug was never allowed to get more than half full before it was topped off again. I'm definitely coming back the next time I'm in town.
I’m used to a normal, pretty good Coney Island breakfast when I go out to eat. But this place, this is on a different level of breakfast. I had a French toast sandwich, was the best thing I had ever tasted along with my dads omelet. Worth the price, amazing service and great quality food. But that French toast sandwich.. so good.
