Love this place. The options are awesome, staff is always friendly and quick. Only downfall, I just learned about a rewards program, from another customer today. In all the times I've gone there, no staff ever informed me of it. Was kind of bummed that I missed out on all those points!

Staff is always kind, courteous, and amazing, they keep everything nice and clean and your smoothie is always made perfectly
If you ever have a problem with something here, 99/100 times ill bet you actually ordered wrong, as they will always make things perfect
And they simply demand the best quality and offer an amazing customer experience

I'm unsure about how to make my experience better. My recent issue is why I rated it 3 stars. There wasn't any ranch on the Turkey Bacon Ranch sandwich. I had to remember in the car that I've ran into the issue here not every time, but several times that they usually forget something. So, I checked in the car, seen it was missing the dressing on the sandwich, then went back in and got a cup of the dressing on the side.

This location is the BEST tropical smoothie hands down. My work requires me to travel all around southern Michigan, I’ve gone to about 10+ locations. I’m so impressed by the customer service and the quality of product I received. Devontae is absolutely amazing, as well as his crew. All gave me outstanding service. Thank you guys so much!!!
