Tim Hortons

I never have time to stop in the morning before work, but today I did! The gentleman that took my order was so polite and helpful. I had ordered a Carmel macchiato, to which he told me the espresso machine was down, but he suggested a coffee double double with caramel. I accepted his suggestion and was pleasantly surprised at how good it was! The woman that helped cash me out was very nice as well! Thanks for a great 630am experience!

I just want to leave a review for the owner of this location. Your people are a great example to the surrounding area of how a food service establishment should be staffed. They are friendly, accurate, swift and clean. I have always had wonderful service here and I can see the difference compared to other options I have in the Mi Ave/Ecorse selection. Our family unforunately has had had horrible service and food experiences and these guys by far are an immense pleasure to be served by. You have awesome employees!

The employees are nice but what is up with the lattes? In my opinion, they don’t taste good at all anymore. They used to be so good. Now it seems like they have no flavor, barely any sweetness, no whipped topping. Will not order those again.
