Ponderosa Steakhouse

I ordered take out wings that took quite a while to get to me so I assume they cook to order. The taste wasn't as I remembered the last time I was here as well as other visits to closed Ponderosa. In waiting you could see the help was active but the mood was very bland. My son even pointed out how with a little effort they could make the place look better. I know the chain is suffering as all older chains are in this new world. I wish them good luck in the struggle but would be surprised if they were closed in the next few months.

Food was fair. Best part was the steak and grilled chicken. Service was great. Salad bar items weren't very fresh. Bathroom was horrible. It was dirty and locks on doors were broken.

Food was very good. The buffet is a great value. We go because we love the wings! They are delicious and on the buffet. They have a decent variety of food and even a dessert bar.

Place looks kinda run down inside and out. But, the staff was so friendly! Also, the food was great too! Service was awesome and fast. Place is clean. I'm definitely coming back.
