    Great location, great customer service. The new sandwich menu is great. The staff is superfriendly and super professional.

    The Food was GREAT!!! It, was cooked well and seasoned: WELL!!! The Staff were Polite and Courteous!!! The problem was they did NOT PREPARE. My food. The way, I asked them to!!!! Also, they DID NOT include. The condiments; that, I had requested!!! I had, a buy1 dinner get 1 free: coupon. I ordered, 2 RIB DINNERS. With, the exact same food prep. Instructions: as well as: The exact same sides. No BBQ sauce; on either: RIB. Sauce, on the SIDE!!! No Gravy, on the mashed potatoes. Gravy on the SIDE, ONLY!!!And, what I got was BBQ sauce; slathered; on both: RIBS! And, NO gravy! at ALL!!! I thought, asking for: TWIN Orders! Would make it; easier, on The Food Order Preparers!!! Guess NOT!!! To, me: It's a sign of: carelessness, lack of: comprehension, and utter disrespect, to a customer! When, you don't prepare their food, correctly; as instructed! By, The customer. Who, pays for: their FOOD!!!

    Always a favorite...chicken is delicious, great selection of sides, reasonable price. This location just went to plastic cutlery. Harder to cut chicken, and bad environmentally, hope they change back. Try to arrive before 11:45 here, decent line after that.
