Truly a Great cafe. Awesome service (friendly, attentive, "can do" attitude). Fresh ingredients. Tasty pastries. Be sure to make a reservation. Definitely we'll be back! And to the college boys at the table next to us today... poor manners and foul language in public lowers your dignity and brings shame on your family. You are better than that... so have the courage to act like responsible, civic-minded adults in public.

This place is very lively and has great food. They also have a separate lounge for studying. However, it was my first time going there today and I had a bad experience with the hosting staff. She told me that it would be a 20 minute wait and asked me to sit in the lounge or coffee area. I have waited for over an hour before I approached her. She said that she removed me from the wait list because I did not respond to the wait list text message, which I never received. She then said that she will grab me as soon a table was available. She seated about 3 other people within the next 15 minutes. I was ready to walk out before one of the manager approached me took my order. I expressed my concern to her, especially regarding the fact that the hosting staff needs more job training and shouldn't make customers feel ignored and unappreciated. The manager took care of my bill and apologized multiple times. She was very professional and I did appreciate her. I do want to come her again. However, the only thing is that if you have not been seated in 20 minutes, make sure you notify the hostess because she will not seat you. Also, I don't recommend going alone during busy hours if you want a table. Besides that, the place would easily be a 5/5.

Love this place. Great atmosphere, amazing dessert and coffee. Belgian waffles were perfect. Very friendly staff and amazing service. Kept checking up on us and making sure everything was okay. Our server nick was extremely nice and helpful. Highly highly recommend going there!

i have been to this place every day since they opened and today when they started dine- in services. i have nothing to say but how amazing this place is along with the amazing customer service. not to even mention that their deserts and food has been amazing from day one.their pastures have never been stale, even if you grab something at the end of the day. if i could give this restaurant a 12/5 stars i would.

First time at the Great Commoner and YOU have to go! It’s the cutest spot with amazing food. The Commoner is to die for. IT WAS FIRE!! The service we received was so amazing and we will definitely be back again. They made us feel welcomed and gave us an amazing experience. Kudos to Sam A for his exquisite taste from the decor to everything on the Menu..
