“I work near here, so I've been a few times. The people are nice, pretty professional, and my order has always been correct so far which is more than I can say about a lot of places. The one big con is my fries are literally ALWAYS cold. Like I understand that sometimes I won't get fresh out the fryer fries, but every single time, kinda ruins it for me and I've actually been there less because of it.”

“The Senate is a very cozy laid back place to eat. The food was good and the service was excellent! Our waitress was VERY attentive and checked to ensure that we were pleased with the food, and asked several times if we needed anything else. There was a steady stream of people coming in to pickup to go orders while we were there and you could sense that this restaurant was tuned in to it's neighbors as they greeted several to go customers by name. A real nice mom and pop type restaurant!”

The meat lover and veggie pizza will have you coming back. The pizza here is constructed with love and art. You can taste so many subtle flavors that mix perfect giving you flavor till the last bite. As a pizza connoisseur myself, I am completely impressed how the smooth the sauce, dough, mozzarella, and toppings work so well together bursting with flavor and freshness. The pizza's were perfect with ample toppings and the gentlemen present was very kind and welcoming. He answered all my questions with joy and you can tell he takes pride and enjoys all he does. I understand this place has been there over 70 years I hope it sticks around for the rest of my life it's a rare treat my doctor would tell me to forgo, however I will always treat myself to a Carter's meal when I'm in town.”
